DEVELOPER ACCESS // PUBLIC BETA

Build on the watch floor.

Read IntelMap's normalized global signals, one-year archive, routing observations and current maritime-security incidents. Public reads remain free and keyless. Optional Plus bearer authentication upgrades the same endpoints.

01 / QUICKSTART

One request. No signup.

TERMINALcurl --compressed "https://intelmap.watch/api/feed/"
BROWSERconst data = await fetch('https://intelmap.watch/api/feed/').then(r => r.json());

Responses include freshness timestamps and standard HTTP cache headers. Cache locally and avoid requesting an endpoint more frequently than its advertised max-age.

02 / ENDPOINTS

Supported public reads.

GET/api/feed/60s cache

Current intelligence feed

The complete active IntelMap snapshot: normalized events, locations, categories, confidence, source health and generation metadata. Use lang=raw|en|es|pt|ru|uk; unavailable translations transparently retain raw text.

GET/api/history/60s cache

Historical signals

Query the rolling one-year archive or retrieve a single signal and its recorded evolution.

GET/api/search/30s cache

Universal object search

Search indexed observations, incidents, entities, places, approved assets and prediction markets without scanning archive JSON. Strict filters, signed cursor pagination, bounded facets and local translations use contract version 1.

POST/api/compare/no-store

Synchronized comparison

Compare two to four retained observations, incidents, entities, places, filtered queries or approved market series. Response preserves missing UTC buckets and keeps observed series separate from calculated change, lag and Pearson correlation.

GET/POST/api/export/no-store

Traceable result exports

Export the same bounded search contract as CSV, JSON or NDJSON. GET streams up to 500 rows. Same-origin POST queues up to 5,000 rows and returns a random one-use download token that expires after one hour.

GET/api/markets/20s cache

Current economic snapshot

Cached crypto, crude-oil, foreign-exchange and official rate measurements used by dashboard and workspace widgets. Every item includes provider, observation time, comparison window and compact retained series. WTI and Brent use U.S. EIA daily spot observations.

GET/api/cameras/300s cache

Official public cameras

Query cached government traffic-camera metadata by map viewport or radius. No camera image is requested by a metadata query; current frames use the separately rate-limited selection endpoint.

GET/api/radio/900s cache

Public and operational audio discovery

The base response contains cached geolocated public-radio stations. Coordinate mode returns nearby airport matches and outbound LiveATC, Broadcastify and OpenMHz pages. IntelMap does not embed, relay or record operational audio.

GET/api/network/30s cache

Internet routing observations

Cached RIPE RIS sampling with withdrawal bursts, origin changes and investigative caveats. Observations are leads, not confirmed hijacks.

GET/api/piracy/300s cache

Maritime-security incidents

A GeoJSON FeatureCollection of current ReCAAP observations plus the latest IMO report reference. This is informational data, not a navigational warning.

03 / PLUS API

Same endpoints. Larger limits.

Never use login token

Plus automation uses a separately generated imapi1_… bearer token. Account login token imap1_… is rejected by API routes. Raw token appears once.

Full public surface

data:read enables every supported endpoint above at 600 requests per minute per token and 10,000 requests per hour per account.

Larger responses

Plus raises archive pages to 5,000 rows, search pages to 250, camera metadata to 5,000, synchronous exports to 2,000 and queued exports to 25,000.

One URL contract

Send Authorization: Bearer TOKEN to the normal /api/… URL. Anonymous integrations keep working without changes. Separate workspaces:read and usage:read scopes remain available.

Quota headers

Plus responses include tier and account/token remaining headers. 429 includes Retry-After. Never put tokens in URLs, browser storage, public logs, or repositories.

PLUScurl -H "Authorization: Bearer imapi1_…" "https://intelmap.watch/api/search/?q=cyber&limit=250"
04 / OPERATING POLICY

Free access. Visible limits.

Cache what you read

Honor Cache-Control, use a descriptive User-Agent for server requests and apply backoff after 429 or 5xx responses. Automated bulk mirroring may be restricted to protect the public service.

Translation state

Raw publisher text remains canonical. Machine-translated views may lag collection. Missing or stale translations return raw text and disclose fallback state.

Verify consequential claims

Confidence scores are heuristics. Routing, safety and incident data require independent confirmation and must not be used as an emergency or navigational warning service.

Mixed-source terms

Underlying providers retain their own terms. Live aircraft and vessel-position endpoints are intentionally outside this supported developer contract; obtain data directly from those providers for third-party applications.

Market freshness

Crypto, prediction, crude-oil, FX and rate timestamps are provider observations. EIA, ECB, New York Fed and U.S. Treasury series follow official release schedules. Values can be delayed, revised or unavailable.

Calculated relationships

Pearson correlation and lag use exact shared UTC buckets. Missing intervals stay missing. Association does not establish causation, prediction or source confirmation.

Financial disclaimer

Market measurements and comparisons are informational. They are not investment, trading, tax or financial advice.
