IntelMap aggregates, normalizes, translates, clusters, scores, and links public reporting and public-data observations. Signals can be delayed, incomplete, mistranslated, duplicated, misclassified, or wrong. Original source remains authoritative for what that source reported.

Dashboard, Deep Dive, public API, and local Workspace are provided free without account. Features, sources, limits, schemas, and availability may change to preserve safety and service reliability.

IntelMap is not an official warning, emergency dispatch, air-traffic, maritime-navigation, military, investment, legal, medical, or security service. Do not rely on IntelMap for life safety, navigation, trading, targeting, law enforcement, or other consequential decisions. Verify with competent primary authorities.

• Honor API cache headers, limits, attribution, and Retry-After.
• Do not bypass CAPTCHA, authentication, quotas, feature gates, or access controls.
• Do not probe, exploit, disrupt, overload, scrape private registries, or attempt cross-account access.
• Do not submit malware, executable code, secrets, private camera endpoints, unlawfully obtained data, or content violating others’ rights.
• Do not use service to stalk, harass, discriminate, dox, target, or facilitate unlawful harm.
• Do not imply IntelMap confirms a claim or provides official warning.

IntelMap may rate-limit, suspend, revoke tokens, remove content, or block access to protect users, sources, infrastructure, legal rights, and public availability.

IntelMap Plus profiles use a generated sign-in key. You must secure this key. Anyone holding it may control the profile. IntelMap cannot recover a lost key. Do not place sign-in or API keys in URLs, public repositories, browser scripts, screenshots, or shared logs.

Server persistence requires explicit save. Current local boards do not upload automatically. Scoped API tokens remain separate from profile access and grant only listed scope. You are responsible for revoking compromised sessions and tokens.

Preview profiles may register before paid features launch. Screens marked “Coming soon” provide no paid entitlement and make no payment request.

When billing opens, price, currency, cadence, renewal, and cancellation terms appear before checkout. Purchase approval occurs at PayPal. IntelMap does not receive raw card data. Access changes only after verified provider status—not browser redirect.

Cancellation stops future renewal subject to provider processing and preserves access through verified paid period unless suspension, refund, reversal, abuse, or law requires earlier restriction. Refund and dispute policy shown at checkout controls. Sandbox screens are tests and create no real purchase.

Underlying publishers, governments, data providers, map providers, camera operators, and other sources retain their rights and terms. IntelMap provides metadata, short excerpts, transformations, links, and operator-created interface. Public availability does not erase source license or copyright.

You retain rights in notes and workspace configuration you create. You grant IntelMap limited permission to store and process explicitly saved content solely to provide, secure, back up, and delete requested service. Do not upload material you lack right to process.

To maximum extent permitted by law, IntelMap is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, noninfringement, availability, or outcome. IntelMap is not liable for decisions based on signals, third-party content, outages, lost local storage, lost sign-in keys, translations, calculated relationships, or external services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to amount paid to IntelMap for affected service during preceding three months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; mandatory rights remain.

You may stop using free service anytime and delete Plus account through account controls. IntelMap may change or discontinue service, update terms, or suspend access for security, abuse, legal, source-license, or operational reasons. Material changes receive updated effective date.
