Uzbekistan launches first business census, running until 30 November
The first census of business entities began in Uzbekistan on 15 October. The aim is to collect accurate assessment of economic activity in the country. The unobserved economy was earlier estimated at 23%. In agriculture, it accounts for 60% of total turnover.
